Hi. I've been working on a website for quite sometime, and have been just suspended. I'm not sure why.
If there is anyway I could get my FTP access back to download my files... ironically, I was just thinking of backing everything up, but now I can't access anything.

Please help.

The website address is:
commonwealth.x10hosting.com

I made another account (commonwealth.exofire.net) to test out Joomla1.6. Would that have anything to do with it?
Please help. I've put in a lot of work into the site..

your site isn't suspended.

Try flushing your dns, and clearing your browser cache.

I've tried that.

It blatantly says "Your Hosting Account Is Suspended".
And I've lost access to FTP. :(

This forum account (artpisanski) might not be the same account I've signed up for a week ago. I don't remember the username or password to get into the forum account that is linked with the hosting account, but I do remember the Account Panel access, since I used FTP everyday.

If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know.. Or atleast, if it would be possible, to allow access for an hour, so I can backup my site! Thank you!

by having two free hosting accounts on x10 you are violating their TOS.

your site isn't suspended.

Try flushing your dns, and clearing your browser cache.
He linked his forum account to the new cPanel, so you are visiting the exofire one not the x10hosting

Hello,

Like diabolo say you can't have more than one free hosting account.
You must to decide for one account, I'll terminate the other account, please let me know if you want to keep commonwealth.x10hosting.com or commonwealth.exofire.net
Also let me know both cpanel usernames.

Crap.
The exofire account (which is indeed linked to this forum account) is a test account. Please suspend that one instead. :)
I can give all necessary username and passwords to prove that the commonwealth.x10hosting.com account is mine.
Except for the forum account, which I don't remember..

I really hope it wasn't "terminated", as I'd really like to get the data back..
Please help!

Sure!
commonwealth.x10hosting.com = ddaycw
commonwealth.exofire.net = cw

Do you need passwords?

Oh and to confirm, the exofire.net site is the one to terminate, NOT the x10hosting.com one.
THANKS :D
