My account was suspended for a nulled Sunshop. I've been asked to discuss this before my account is terminited in 30 days or something like that. so here goes.

Years our sunshop is nulled. The sunshop found on your servers is a part of a beta I enterted with TurnKey sometime ago. The beta has since than finished and I was left with a old Sunshop that does'nt work unless Dezended. If not it simply soes'nt work. I could put you in touch with someone at TurnKey that can verify this.

My intentions were not to violate the TOS.

Regards,
JV

You do say that it is nulled, which means it's in violation right there. What you should have done when the beta expired was upgrade to a full license.

Due to the nature of this offense the suspension will stand.

Sure, I understand. I did'nt think that it was a violation if I have rights to the license.

None the less I thank you for your time.

Would this be the same case, If I were to pay for a VPS. are the TOS the same?
Edit:
...Also would it be possible to FTP into the site to get some files i was not able to backup last-nite. thanks.

Paid and the VPS both have the same TOS when it comes to warez/nulled scripts, with one exception - because the violation would be caused by you, you wouldn't be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the amount currently paid (that's mentioned in the TOS's for them as well).

As for the FTP; this is a zero-tolerance suspension; your account will remain suspended, which also means FTP access is blocked.
