Account is suspended from using too many resources? I am using the photo gallery software included with your site (converting photos into thumbnails)... You shouldn't include the software if it isn't compatible with your system. I was thinking of purchasing hosting from you, but I am thinking otherwise now.

The paid hosting doesn't have resource usage limits so it's nothing compared to what the free hosting is like. Even so, if the Photo Gallery you're using is Script heavy such as AJAX based scripts or involves processing a large amount of photo uploads at once, that will cause the suspension to occur. Someone else did suggest in an earlier thread to try uploading images one by one (I know, PITA) if that is what caused the suspension.

Jumping in:

x10Hosting offers unmetered disk space and bandwidth on all the shared hosting accounts, users are still restricted to the above allowed sites and the following limits on CPU & Memory usage:
  • May not use more than 50% of available CPU resources for more than 120 seconds at a time.
  • May not use more than 50% of available CPU resources for more than 5 minutes out of a 60 minute period.
  • May not use more than 820MB of memory combined between processes
  • May not have more than 50 processes running at any given time.
^ Paids TOS http://x10hosting.com/tos-paid-hosting.php section 4. The limits are higher than what free has though by far.

Try setting up a scheduled job on your computer to automatically upload a file each 10 minutes. This should prevent the high ressource limit from kicking up.
