Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. Unsuspend you account there

Also Remember You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity. cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.

That's everything you need to know. It means you'll have to wait for a while to get unsuspended and if it doesn't unsuspended you after a day or so I suggest you post here again so we can be sure there is a real problem.

There are many changes going on right know (new vB, new back end system, ...) so I suggest you just wait a while.
