Your suspension reason is

you have been suspended for inactivity. it is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. this is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

This happen because your hosting account is not linked with forums account.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with cPanel username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.

Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.

OK I will try again to explain that my free hosting account is not linked with my account panel so I can't unsuspend hosting account like you write.

I went on forum very often since last 30 days as you can see on my profile and all the posts I made to resolve my problem with the link of my free hosting account and account management panel.

This problem last since the move to the new account management system when my free hosting account wasn't linked. Since then I couldn't have my cpanel account controled in the account management system.

I can't manage my free hosting account in my account panel since it's not there as the forum is.

Since last week I can't even go to the CPanel as my password is now invalid! that's a password given by an admin temporarly until my problem will be solved, she said.

I hope someday someone will find a cure to this problem.
