account suspended

my hosting account has been suspended without a warning so i wasn't able to backup my files. i would also like to know the reason why my account was suspended.

It seems like you have no account linked. If you have been inactive for more than 41 days then your account is probably already terminated.

What is your cPanel username and server?

Your Hosting Account with cPanel username "lucci" is linked to forums username "monkeyddd". and it is suspended due to inactivity.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username "monkeyddd" and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.
Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) with forums account "monkeyddd" once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.
