Account suspended

Hi Guys,

My account has been suspended for the following reason:

user transfered to another server.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

Please advise what should I do in order to fix this issue

Hello,

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.

Since the account panel currently has the incorrect information, you will not be able to reset the password your self, so if that is needed, just let us know and we'll sort that for you.

Your server is now Chopin (https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083).

It may take a few days before the account panel has been synced and is showing the right information.
