I was useing x10hosting about 1 year and my site is also one years old never anyone gave me worming about it. then why now it is not tolerate. Ok I don't need your hosting. but please give me a chance to backup my data which is very important.

It's never been "tolerated" - what more likely happened is you simply didn't get caught for a while.

By your logic, John Dillinger's bank-robbing spree was tolerated and perfectly legal, despite being in violation of several US laws. Same happens here - just cause you didn't get caught until now doesn't mean it was "okay" for you to do.

x10hosting may be warn me then i would remove those from my website. OK I gave link of copyright mp3's, and they stop my website. then anyone tell me why they are not giving me my data to backup. I have lost of data which is very important for me.

You were warned when you agreed to the terms of service at signup. You are responsible for your own backups. That is also in the terms of service. We do not furnish backups or any other kind of file access to users of suspended accounts.
