Tonight i was suspended twice, the first time all i was doing was installing wordpress themes, the second time i was deleting the themes. Don't understand why or how to fix it.

Disable WP Super Cache. Caching plugins often cause a problem on our servers. Disable any other unnecessary plugin. WP Stats might also cause a problem, though start by disabling caching plugins.

For stats, you can use Google Analytics (http://www.google.com/analytics) which is far more detailed than WP Stats and saves server resources.
