Account Suspended

My account has been suspended with the following reason shown: "Was it worth hosting that 700mb iso in violation of our file hosting clause in our tos? Hope so - zero tolerance permanent."

The file was uploaded for personal use and was not linked to on the site or anywhere else. If I cannot be allowed to continue having a account may I at least be given access to backup my content and databases? Both FTP and cpannel currently give me a error.

I am aware, all I'm asking is a chance to backup my content, if nothing else just my main database.

Could this be escalated to a admin that can help please? This is my first offense and I was not aware I was breaking any rule by simply keeping it there.

Since it was manually suspended by staff, then an admin has already looked at it.

As written in the top of the TOS:

* File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech.

And under server usage:

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

You agreed to the terms of service when you signed up for an account. You should read it. Everyone faces the consequences equally for violations of TOS. No backups will be given because it's also said in TOS:

6. System Backups

Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups.

x10hosting doesn't provide backups for permanently suspended hosting accounts for zero tolerance violations of TOS.

You don't have to provide a backup, just give me temporary access to my account, I can get my own backup.
