account suspended

My account has been suspended due to some copyright movie uploaded by someone. Please note that this has been done by some hacker and I had deleted similar video files last week.
Hence, kindly revoke the suspension and guide me on ways to secure the account.

If you had the same problem last week, the question is why didn't you take steps to ensure it wouldn't repeat itself.

In any case, the suspension would be permanent, looks like it was done by our CEO, don't think anyone's gonna overrule that, which means there was likely more then just a couple of movies.
You are at all times responsible for the content of your site.
