Account suspended

My account was suspended, and i log on it when i got the email.
but it still got suspended.

then this:

Make sure you log in to the forums before you request unsuspension, or your may be suspended again before you log in. Remember that CPanel and account panel logins do not count as forum log ins. You also don't have to post, but you should check out the server alerts and announcements, since there are a lot of important updates and many other benefits for you. You can also upgrade to a prime membership if you don't want to sign in to the forums every month or if you just tend to forget it.

I've unsuspended you for now, but this type of unsuspension can always be done by yourself.

actually i tried

It happened again... and i logged into the forums before i requested it. but it didnt work....
