I made a post in "the place" about this suspension reason actually, it's not permanent. The ones coming up as LWScanner that are permanent have "[zero tolerance]" at the end.

@tlw73: apologies on the misinfo there, however the newer issue is the chatbox I found on the account instead. Normally the Trojan.IFrame-# suspensions are an FYI to let you know that your site has been compromised. The problem is the chatbox violates the terms of service, so the reasoning changes a bit.
