Dear Sirs,
We are a private non-profit organization in the area of the Heritage conservation for 5 years in Portugal, working also in Spain and Brazil.
We have added an account with you, recently.
We have a small hosting account with no MySQL, wich inhibites us to install phplist.
We have installed a phplist with you because of our contact list to send our emails.
We send it all months for the last 3 years to our constantly growing list of about 18.000 members.
We used a software on a computer wich is no longer upated for our needs.
We don't do email spam, we just divulgate our activities in our newsletter.
We are probably not very good english writers, so we hope yuo understand the message above.
Because of what we say above, why should our account is suspended? What was wrong in the process? Did we failed in some part that we didn't noticed?
