Account Suspended

when i loged on to the Fantastico and loged into wordpress admin my acount suddenly got suspended could you tell me what to do my site is longmvu.x10.mx

Normally you can unsuspend yourself from the account panel; I have it running an unsuspension from here though.

Based on what you mentioned on IRC, try to avoid doing an Automatic Update with wordpress and do a manual one instead - the manual one shouldn't use massive CPU/Ram like the automatic one does.
