my account was suspended as i uploaded a htm file in my account.

Because you uploaded a 1:1 copy of Google Mail's login page, which is considered theft and phishing (masquerading as a legitimate entity - you are not Gmail, therefore you shouldn't have a page that says you are). This is a permanent suspension.
