My account is suspended because of high CPU usage. I forgot to check it. Please un-suspend my account and I promise this won't happen again.

You can't check in real time what your usage is, as that would require resources to generate. The HRU conditions are here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/HRU
Any reasonable script should not exceed them natively. If using a CMS such as Wordpress disable all plugins. There's a lot more information on that page.
