And your excuse for their own license checker on their own website stating you do not have any form of license for magic2011.x10.bz is...What exactly?
Cause when I get a DMCA from PTCPay telling me it's not valid, and I go test it with their own tools and found out they're right and you don't have a license, there's only one solution.
That solution is a permanent suspension which is not removable under any circumstances. As part of our TOS under section 1, you were found using Warez and Copyright Infringing software on your website (CI for not having a valid license, which also made it Warez). As such, under section 6 and 8 access was revoked, and no backups will be provided as they are -your- responsibility.
