Account Suspended

Hello,

My account has been suspended because of file hosting. I'm sorry for that.
Can I please have my account unsuspended only for 24 hours? I need this time to transfer the files and database to another host.
Please consider this for me. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks

Your suspension reason says that your account will not be unsuspended. Sorry, it's not allowed.

Can't I get it back only for a couple of hours? I need the database and files backup. Or if I give you my new host details can you please transfer the files and database to my new host?

With an suspended account all access, including backups, are revoked as per section 8 of our ToS:

8. Suspensions

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.
