Nulled scripts are covered under Warez and would be a permanent suspension with no chance of unsuspension currently. That said, your current account that you're posting from isn't actually linked to any hosting account, so I've no idea what account you're attempting to get unsuspension for. That's not a big issue, unless it wasn't suspended for nulled scripts and was suspended for Inactivity, which isn't permanent.
