Account suspended

I wanted to log in my account (ubcrobocup.x10) but it has been suspended for not having logged in for more than 30 days (Actually, I didn't for 32 hehe). I sent a request for reactivation but it's been 2 weeks and nothing. Is there a faster/easier way to reactivate my account? Thank you.

If it didn't unsuspend you in 24hrs, you should have posted here so we could do it manually.
