Account Suspended

My account has been suspended. I have a filled two appeals almost 2 days ago and still it has not been resolved. I dont know the reason of the suspension. Please unuspend the site as I havent taken a back up.

The appeal was answered; it was denied due to the presence of an autoblogging plugin installed to your Wordpress account, which is forbidden under our current Terms of Service. It was also witnessed using 100% of 5 cpu cores for an extended period of time, which caused severe performance degradation. This is part of the reason auto-blogging scripts are forbidden to begin with.

Ok I will remove the plugin immediately once the site is up. By when will my account be active?

As the dispute had detailed, with the severe performance degradation caused and that our Terms of Service explicitly forbid autogenerated content, the suspension cannot be lifted; it is permanent. At the time I had actually issued the suspension, this account alone was responsible for sending the server load above 30, which is well-beyond what any hosting service can tolerate, even premium.

ok. Is there a way i can get a back up of my site? atleast a sql back up.? Or could you generate a sql back up of the site and mail it to without revoking the suspension?

Unfortunately not; backups are the user's responsibility, and once suspended we're no longer able to provide backups:

6. System Backups
Backups are the sole responsibility of the customer. x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure. It is recommended all customers keep their own backups. Backups will not be provided to account holders who have been suspended for breaching the Terms outlined on this page.

8. Suspensions
If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.
