Account Suspended

Hi,
Unfortunately i was on holiday and i missed an email from X10 to say my account was suspended. I didn't activate my account in time and now i have lost my website and all it's contents. Is there any way i can get any of it back?

This is a new account i created to post this.

Accounts that have been deleted after being suspended are gone. No backups of files or databases.

It would be useful if you had posted from the old account so one of us could confirm for you that the hosting account has actually been deleted.

Hi,

I did try, but it wouldn't let me access the account and when i asked to reset password it let me but then said it couldn't find the account.

If that makes any sense, sorry i'm a complete idiot when it comes to stuff like this.
