Account suspended

I just received an account suspended email about an hour ago and per instructions I log in to my account but got this error:
An expected error has occurred processing your request 2
Unable to login and unsure if I got the password correct, I proceeded to reset my password and clicked "Can't access your account?"
but I received this error:
An expected error has occurred processing your request.
Tried it a few times, cleaned my cache etc, to no vail. Please help. Thank you.

I too am having the same problem trying to log into the c-panel with the same errors!
