Account Suspended

My account was suspended this morning. I tried logging back in, and it created a new user ID and site name. I would like to get my old files back off of my prior site. Can it be reinstated?

The other account is under a different email address; you should be able to login to it and unsuspend it by utilizing the correct email, which is similar but not the same as the one attached to this forum account.
