Account Suspended

By mistake we have uploaded some wrong files to account via FTP actually I was unaware about files and Strict action against account. Can some one tell me method to un-suspend or create backup of my account.

If you have not created a backup of your account, you will not be able to until or if your account is un-suspended.

I have not created backup. Can some one help me to activate my account again just to have backup at least. Please
