Account suspended

Hey, I've been a member of this webhosting from a long time ago, today I tried to log in into my account since I stopped using the host, I was trying to get all my files but I got this message, it says that I have another account, but I don't recall having another account other than this one. I need some help trying to get my account back, thanks a lot!

There is no hosting account that is active under this forum username, I did find a termination note from an older account though, it was terminated back in July 2018 after having been suspended for 21 days.

There would no longer be an account to reinstate, and currently we are not accepting any new accounts at all due to the major maintenance that is going on.
