account suspended

Hey, Ive had my account suspended for no site/index, even though i have a site on one of the subdomains?
If it makes a difference I can move it to the parent domain.

The first place we look is the domain you signed up for. You can always put up an index page which links to your subdomain - if you're happy to do that or put up a new index page of any reasonable content, we'll lift the suspension for you to do so.

Hi, I still cant login to cPanel, even though it says my account is unsuspended when I login to my account. Is there some delay or another problem?
