cpanel username and the unsuspension procedure (x10 menu) doesn't seem to work
for me. Could you please unsuspend it?

Roughly how long ago was your account suspended? Or should I say, how long ago was it that you signed in to the forums? If you do not sign in to the forums once every two weeks your account is suspended, after another 10 days it is terminated.

that I was inactive. What can I do now?
