Account Suspended

My account is suspended after 5min of being logged in.

I logged in with FTP and next thing i know i cant login with Cpanel.
Whats going on?

Is this the support you guys give for a Free Account?

I get this MSG:
High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 30 minutes.

Its a new page i dont even have anythign on it
its the default page still what High Server thing is it talking about
