Got a message that my account has been suspended due to no index. This is very confusing. Does this mean that x10hosting thinks I have no index pages or what? I don't understand this. Can someone help explain?

I don't see how this can be. I'm hosting two web sites and they both have index pages: www.kenyakidsmalariamission.com and www.rswalshartanddesign.com

OK. Will any index page do? I just uploaded the index page of one of the sites I'm hosting. Will that do?

Yes, that would be fine. You could even redirect that page to one of your other sites.
