I see that my account was suspended because of the streaming radio, I did not think this would be a problem becuse it is streaming, and it cannot be downloaded. However, since I agreed to abide by your terms and since you deem this in violation of those terms i will remove it from my site.

Are yo sure you were suspended because of the streaming music, and not also because you don't have ads posted? You said in your fill-out up there you did not have ads on every page.
