account suspened for 15 mins

Ok what I understand is the suspension time and reason.

I was suspended for 15 minutes because of using high server resources. Now what I don't understand is all I was doing was editing my website's forums settings at the time, now I did just install the forums, could that be it? Please clarify so this does not happen again.

*Moved to Level Two Support* I can't really help you with anything here, as I don't have the privileges, but I have moved this so Admins and Senior Account Managers can take a closer look at it.

We don't really have a way to tell you WHAT is caussing the high resource usage on your account.
The things that usually bring this problems, are addons/modules for CMS/scripts, which are usually bad coded.

So if you have addons for a script you're using, I would recommend you to disable them and start enabling one by one in a period where you can test your script, until you find the one that causes the issue.
