My site has been suspended. Please unsuspend it. I didn't know you can't post hacks or anything. Plus it has nothing to do with warez. Its a site about gaming.

The hacking tutorial section was still there, including a post about how to get full DVD movies.


Also, I would suspect that vBulletin was nulled - your copyright link has been modified but not outright removed.



Normally I wouldn't be so harsh about this given that it -is- a forum, but the presence of an entire SECTION on the board would indicate intent.

You probably were posting as I was editing; you've been Zero Tolerance suspended because of there being an entire section devoted to hacks, which also had posts about where to get the hacks.

It's spelled out clearly in our TOS:

Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Zero Tolerance is Zero Tolerance. No backups, no access to your account. The worst part of it is you claim it had nothing to do with warez and then I find out the vBulletin copyright is modified which likely means the board is nulled, which IS warez. There's nothing you can do to get your account back at this point.

Doesn't solve the issue with the hacking section that violated the TOS whether it was or wasn't to be honest. I simply have doubts you paid the expensive fee to modify the copyright which is normally clickable.

Then what do I do? Sit around and watch my site go down and my members got no idea. I'm disputing my suspension which I know I did wrong but I will remove those sections and all warez from the site.

I'll escalate this up to staff then.

Keep in mind with the recent Fris issues it may take time for them to respond, and also that you've been double-reviewed and just admitted to having the sections on the forum. What there is to dispute exactly, I haven't a clue. But that's your decision.
