hey my account has been suspended..plz reopen my account so that i can download the backup..i have to store that it another hosting account..hey plz urgently reopen my hosting accound....

You have already been informed this is a zero tolerance suspension for a clear and blatant violation of our terms of service. As such backups are no longer permitted as that requires access to the account which cannot be reinstated for any reason - it's not that hard to follow our terms of service, thousands of accounts do without a problem. When someone can't follow the terms and manages to get suspended within 2 weeks of creating an account, we do indeed take it personal.
