Account suspension / 2nd request

Good morning - I have upgraded my account to Prime membership to resolve an account suspension.

"File hosting zt - there are two folders that are inaccessible by web that host 4+gb of files. Permanent, zt."

I need to know why it is still suspended and what I can do to correct the situation.
My first request was made on August 1 and I haven't hear back from anyone. Thank you.

I have reviewed the Tems of Service and understand why my account was suspended. Can you please un-suspend it so I can correct the issue ?

Is there a way to configure a quota on the directories ?

Zt is Zero Tolerance meaning no second chances, and Permanent really does mean permanent. Your account will remain suspended.
