account suspension and cron

My account was suspended. After unsuspending the account, cron does not work. Cron was woring perfectly well before suspension.

I can escalate your problem, but let me ask you first, what were you suspended for? If you were suspended for cron, did you have it set to run more than once every five minutes?

Acrually the cron was running once every 5 minutes. First time whente account was suspended, it said cron was running more than once every 5 minutes (which was incorrect). I unsuspended the account. It worked and cron was working. The account got supended second time. This time it said the account was inactive for more than 2 weeks (this was incorrect as well). I unsuspended the account and even paid $3 for not clocking inactivity. The account got unsuspended but the cron does not work.

Could you copy and paste any error messages you are receiving when you try to use your crons?

Also, can you turn on your email notifications that you can get when crons run, and let us know if you are receiving these emails?

Thank you for your response. I have not made any changes but cron is working again.
