Account Suspension. Can\'t unblock it!

Hi,

Yesterday I have received a account suspension, then I logged in and pressed remove suspension. After few minutes my website was alive again.

Today I was amazed when I found my account suspended again! Much more amazing was that when I logged in there were no button to remove suspension from my account. All I have found was \'Your suspension removal request has been send\'. I just wondering, why I see that message.If I did\'t push that button and somebody else \'magically\' didn\'t , why it is still suspended.
I think it is kind of bug. Please explain me where is the problem. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I have unsuspended your account. Please note that you need to login at the forums at least once every 31 days in order to keep your account active. Failing to do so will place the account back into suspension upon the next time it is checked for activity.

Assuming you sent the ticket in from within your account panel, you would still risk a suspension being replaced unless you visit (login to) the forums (http://x10hosting.com/forums) as soon as possible.
