Account suspension due to uncontrolled material

Hi,

I'm thinking to create a forum with my hosted account in X10, where I will allow member to participate with (unmoderated) postings. Hypothetically, if someone posts material that could breach X10 policy, would my account get suspended? Or perhaps, I would only get warnings about the posting(s).

I guess, for the former case, X10 would spare some mercy

Hello. You will need to regularly monitor your forum for spam and other inappropriate content. If we notice that your forum is receiving a lot of spam that's left for an extended period of time, this will be a violation of our TOS.

However, since this is a forum with user submitted material, we do have some leniency with this, as long as its clear that you are regularly monitoring your forum's content and promptly removing inappropriate content.

Forum spammers are inevitable so consider adding some measures to counter spam, such as a captcha for a user's first few posts and registration.
