Account suspension for inactivity

Hi,
My account was suspended for inactivity. Apparently, I need to at least login to the forums once per month. I am a little confused because I have logged in twice this week to search for some problems I was having.

Does anyone have any advice on how to prevent from being suspended?

Beforre unsuspending yourself you must login into forums.Do that after unsuspending also.
Stay logged for 10mins atleast.

Perhaps your suspension was put in the queue before you logged in this week and reached the front of the queue after. Once in the queue, the suspension is automatic.

Remember, logging into the Account Panel or cPanel does not count. Kind of confusing since the Account Panel seems to be part of the Forums.

Maybe click on the 'remember me' button when logging in. Make sure cookies are enabled.

I'm Having The Same Problem....I logged in Twice in two day...but my site was suspended for in activity kindly look at the matter plzzz...i was out of twon for 10 days...but account suspention is for month....its total confusing...and i have done as you suggested in last post....thn also facing the same prob...i was in active for 10 hours thats it and my site got suspended...

There is not hosting account linked to the forum account you currently use, what is your cPanel name?
