Account Suspension - My website was deleted, is there a way to recuver

Hi there,
First of all I want to congratulate all of you for your wonderfull services.
Since I created a website using your services I am extremely satisfied. However I had a problem with my internet service provider and I had some time without being able to see emails. Today when I accessed my email account I noticed that I had an x10hosting account suspension alerts a few weeks ago and I was unable to access the site because it indicates that it was deleted.
Is there any way to get the site back online and available again? Or can they send me a backup of the site?

Unfortunately your web site files are no longer available. When a site is deleted for failure to log-in, this is done by an automated system. This points up the necessity to make your own backup files and keep them on your computer, then you can reload when needed.
