I am actively using my account (theo.x10hoting.com) but I keep getting notices that the account will be suspended for inactivity.

I am uploading and downloading files using FTP.

Because of this, I have not had to sign into Cpanel.

I sign into the Forum every week to keep the account active.

Since I got the first suspension notice, I have also been signing into Cpanel every week (It's been about 2 weeks or so since I got the first notice).

I basically log in and then log out.

I was under the impression that using FTP was permissible.

I was also under the impression that signing in to the forum every week was enough to keep the account active.

Needless to say, I'm a little confused as to what I need to do in order to keep the account active.

Can you assist me?

If you were signing into x10hosting using the Account Panel, that is not the same as signing into the Forums. People often confuse the two.

Edit/Add

You do not have to sign onto the cPanel or even use FTP.
Signing into the Forums is all that is required ( I would make sure cookies enabled and that you stay ~5 minutes to make sure the system recognizes you, even though they say you don't)

I log into the forum and log out again and then I log in again to see that the last time I visited has been updated.
If it has, I assume the log in and log out took.
This was not a problem before.
It only started happening after the last major change.
I have been logging in and out to Forum consistently (not to Cpanel).
That didn't change.
Something is different but I don't know what.
The two things that are different are the changes made to the website and the fact that I started using FTP rather than Cpanel to upload my files.
