account suspension on free account that should no longer exist

I recently moved from a free account to a paid account.
All has been working well so far.
I just received a suspension notice on the free account because I haven't been logging in.
I believe that I do not have to log in with a paid account.
I have still been able to upload and download on the paid account so I don't think that it's affected.
I think the suspension is referring to the free account that should have been discontinued.
Can you help clear this up?
