Just got a suspension on my account due to high CPU usage. I deleted the recently installed plugins to my mybb forums. I have a question, if I upgrade my hosting account to premium, will I ever have these high cpu usage suspension again?

Although premium hosting has resource restrictions, there way over the limits of free hosting, it's hard to get suspended while using paid hosting. I would say that if you are running MyBB with a few plugins you should be all set.

So if I upgrade my account (planning to do), I won't be getting any suspensions or any server errors? If I do upgrade, are all the files in my account stay?

Yes, we will move you account as it is to Paid server, Paid servers are much faster and stable than Free Servers.
