Account Suspension Question?

Hi,
I've not been a member her for too long, well about a month now, and so far the hosting has been great.
This morning my account was suspened for 15 minutes and I received the following reason:

Reason: Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 15 minutes.

I'm not annoyed or anything, but could someone please explain what I have done wrong?
And how can I prevent this from happening again?

This has been a recent issue, not sure if its user caused, or not right now. But, basically, that suspension means that your site was using up alot of the servers' ram and our security software hit it for doing so to keep the loads down for other users. What were you doing immediately before the suspension?

I was on my control panel updating and adding new pages to my site?
I didn't feel that I was doing to much wrong really? It just shut-off?
Anyway thanks for your help. Hopefully it won't happen again.:drool:
