Account Suspension Still Not Lifted After I hit Unsuspend Button for Inactivity

Good Morning,

So yesterday evening I logged into my account only to find that it had been suspended for inactivity. Luckily, x10hosting offers a quick unsuspend button right after logging in. It takes about a minute for the unsuspension to go through.

However, now when I try to access my site ramosdigital.x10host.com, I'm still redirected to the suspension page. However, if I try to access any other diI rectory like ramosdigital.x10host.com/tsa I can access those.

It would be much appreciated if someone could help me with this issue.

I do get a wordpress installation on going to your main domain no redirect at all. It is possible that the suspended page got stuck in cache so could you please try clearing browser cache if there's still an issue (on a windows computer holding [ctrl] and hitting [f5] to reload often does the trick, a little depending on browser though)?
