Account suspension with no notification or reason given

Hi there,


I had hosted a personal wedding page on the Boru server: labodadecarlosypao.x10.mx

Right now, if you try to access it says account suspended, but I got no notification, and I can't get into the CPanel to check the reason or setting it back online.

As far as I know, I have fulfilled all the requirements of the ToS (it's a wedding page with info about the wedding), so I'd like to know if it is an error, or I really deserve to have it suspended.

Hello,

You've been suspended for inactivity. You must log into the forums at least once every 31 days to keep your account active. It is in the Terms of Service.
You can unsuspend yourself from the account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php), cPanel will not work until you've unsuspended yourself. Note that you need to log in with your email and password, a username will not work.

Thanks for the info . I think the problem was I always log in with username, not the mail... did not even think about it . Once inside, there's the info, true... sorry for bothering.

I'll take care about the inactivity issue... I knew the terms, but I did not realize it was so long since last time I logged in.
