Account suspension

I've had my account suspended twice in the last couple of weeks due to CRON job frequency being more frequent than every 5 minutes.

On both occasions I've checked via cPanel that cron jobs are set to run at 15 minute intervals - in fact I could easily change to even less frequent - so not sure why account keeps getting suspended.

Account seems to still be down despite requesting unsuspension. Can you please resolve.

It's not being listed as suspended, I see a Drupal 'site offline' page which is under your control. Please confirm.
