Account suspension

Hi,

My account (bioflo) has been suspended because of high resource usage (SPND_RUSAGE3). I feel this is unwarranted as I'm only building it through a Magento installation recently performed.

I'm building the website in the view of testing the system before buying a payed subscription and am disappointed by these interruptions, which I feel unwarranted.

I'm look forward to resolve this issue so that I can be a happy customer,

1st and 2nd high resource suspensions can be self-unsuspended in the account panel.
3rd high resource suspension needs to be unsuspended by an administrator.

as for why you were suspended, Magneto might be using a lot of resources and or any addons

Hi,

Thanks for the very quick response. This was indeed the 3rd suspension. I have reset the first two by myself in the previous days through the user panel as suggested.

Those suspensions happen for no obvious reasons and while doing tasks that are not especially intensive, at least from the Magento user's standpoint.

Could the resource usage limits be lifted a bit to allow for the completion of the website creation?

Thanks for the quick update to your response. How could I get in touch with an administrator to lift this suspension and/or temporarily adjust that resource usage threshold?
