i did... right beside SUSPENSION it says 2. i clicked it but nothing is happening. what do i do?

As mentioned, you are not suspended.
That number on your Suspension page is an error that many accounts have.

Your site on the new server is not displaying apparently because the Admins have not finished configuring your new server.

so it should be be back online soon? im sorry if my questions seems dumb. im just not educated on these kind of issues.

nevertheless i highly appreciate everyone's help.

i just hope it gets resolved soon i needed to show a client my site today and i couldnt because of this issue.
